PET CALENDAR CONTEST!

PHOTO ENTRY GUIDELINES AND RULES:

1. We can only use photographs of your pets – no people.

2. Calendars will be professionally produced and high quality. Additional calendars may be purchased at a later date. All proceeds benefit needy animals in our community through the Memories Live on Animal Foundation.

3. Color digital photographs are required and must be a minimum of 300 dpi, or 2400x3000 pixels, in JPEG (JPG) format so that they will produce high quality 8x10 images for the calendar.

4. There is a $20 entry fee for the first photo and $10 for each additional photo. You will receive one free calendar with your $20 entry fee. Additional calendars can be purchased for $15 beginning in October.

5. To enter the contest or to view complete rules and requirements, pick up an official entry form in person at 4801 Holland-Sylvania Road, Sylvania, Ohio 43560 or email a request for an entry form to petcalendarcontest@gmail.com.

6. There will be approximately 14 first place winning photographs selected – one for the cover and one to represent each month.

7. Winning photographs will be selected based on the photographs with the most votes. The top 4 vote winners will receive a cash prize and beautiful gift baskets for their pet!

8. Voting will begin Wednesday, August 5, 2009 and end on Thursday, August 20, 2009. Pictures will be viewable online at www.facebook.com/memoriesliveon or in person at 4801 Holland-Sylvania Road, Sylvania, Ohio 43560. Voting may be done by emailing your vote (limited to one vote per email address per day) to petcalendarcontest@gmail.com or by filling out a ballot in person at the above address.
