PHOTO ENTRY
GUIDELINES AND RULES:
1. We can only use photographs of your pets – no people.
2. Color digital photographs are required and must be a
minimum of 300 dpi, or 2400x3000 pixels, in JPEG (JPG) format so that they will
produce high quality
8x10 images for the calendar. The photos should be in landscape format so that
they are a minimum of 2400 pixels
high and 3000
pixels wide. Cell phone pictures can not be used.
3. Please name your digital files by the pet’s first and
last name, i.e. “FidoJones.jpg”.
4. Please do not submit professional copyrighted
photographs without a photographer release signature.
5. There is a $20 entry fee for the first photo and $10
for each additional photo. You will receive one free calendar with your $20
entry fee. You may submit as many photos as you like.
6. To submit your photo(s):
a. Send as an attachment to an
email message to petcalendarcontest@gmail.com Please include your
name, phone
number(s), and the names of your pets in the email. Upon receipt of
your photos and successful upload and verification by the MLOAF staff, you will
be emailed a copy of the entry form that you can print out and then mail to us
or drop off along with payment to PET CALENDAR CONTEST, c/o Memories Live on
Animal Foundation,

Send an email requesting an entry form and print out or pick-up an entry form
in person to include with a CD of your digital images then drop off or mail in
your entry along with payment to Pet Calendar Contest, c/o Memories Live on
Animal Foundation, 4801 Holland-Sylvania Road, Sylvania, Ohio 43560. A entry submission/payment receipt will be provided.
7. There will be approximately 14 first place winning photographs
selected – one for the cover and one to represent each month.
8. All photos will also be included on a collage page in
the calendar.
9. Winning photographs will be selected by based on the
photographs with the most votes.
10. Voting will begin Monday, July 20, 2009 and end on Friday,
July 31, 2009. Pictures can be viewed online at www.myspace.com/petcalendarcontest or in person at

Memories Live on Animal Foundation for promotional purposes and all net
proceeds will benefit the foundation’s mission of helping needy pets in our
community. MLOAF is a 501c3 non-profit organization.
